Subscription details, including billing frequency, fees, and cancellation policies, are outlined during the registration process and are available on ourpricing page. All payments are processed securely, and fees are subject to change with at least 30 days' advance notice.

SpellCarver reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service immediately and without notice if you breach these Terms or for any reason at our sole discretion.

SpellCarver, its affiliates, employees, partners, and agents shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

These Terms are governed by and construed according to the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively by the courts located within the state of Florida.
